Digital Products Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital product purchases. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your order number or the email address used for purchase
  3. Briefly explain why you're requesting a refund (optional but helpful)
  4. We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refund Conditions

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Once refunded, access to the digital product will be revoked
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds for abuse of this policy

Coaching Services Refund Policy

Individual Coaching Sessions

  • Cancellation 24+ hours before: Full refund or reschedule at no charge
  • Cancellation within 24 hours: 50% refund or reschedule with a $25 fee
  • No-show: No refund available

Coaching Packages

  • Unused sessions can be refunded at a prorated rate within 60 days of purchase
  • Sessions already completed are non-refundable
  • Package sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your first coaching session, we'll refund that session in full. Simply let us know within 48 hours of your session.

Bundle and Special Offers

For bundle purchases or special promotional offers:

  • The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the entire bundle
  • Partial refunds for individual items within a bundle are not available
  • Promotional discounts may affect the refund amount based on the actual price paid

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Free content and downloadable resources
  • Purchases made more than 30 days ago (digital products)
  • Completed coaching sessions
  • No-show coaching appointments
  • Purchases where the refund policy has been previously abused

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We're committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly. Chargebacks incur additional fees and may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account
  • Revocation of access to all purchased products
  • Potential collection action for fraudulent chargebacks
